Public Procurement Law (Elective)

The course examines delegation procedures, grounds for exclusion, delegation criteria and types of judicial protection in public procurement law. Thus, the principles of equal treatment, along with the principle of transparency and effective judicial protection, are specialized in this field by secondary EU law.
