Banking and Financial Contracts (Compulsory)

Issues of financing by bank lending or other means are examined. In this context, emphasis is placed on aspects of transnational credit agreements, consumer and housing credit (Directives 2008/48, 2014/17), debt securitization, as well as other forms of financing, such as bond loans and crowdfunding. Aspects of the regulatory compliance of credit-granting banks and related sanctions are also examined. In addition, issues of equity raising on the capital market are also discussed, in particular those relating to the prospectus (Regulation 2017/1129).
